Return Authorization

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Condition of Returns
Returned items must be in original condition and include all packaging and accessories.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 8 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment, orders cannot be canceled.
